life’s ageless spirit.

Together, our campaign vision comes to fruition.

Enhancing the quality of life through a dramatic $2.5M transformation to our first floor Care Center and more.

Our vision is driven by a focus on four key pillars.

    • From 42 to 88 new private suites.

    • Three separate inviting neighborhoods, each with their own living room, dining room and kitchen.

    • A grab-and-go café to be enjoyed by our residents, family and friends.

    • New 3-season porches to enjoy safe and secure outdoor experiences.

    • Refresh any resident room that has not been recently remodeled with newly designed floor and wall coverings.

    • Design and renew the dining experience with new spaces, wall and floor coverings and new state-of-the art lighting.

    • Create beautiful, comfortable and safe 3-season porches.

    • Replace inefficient HVAC system with a new, more energy-efficient, state-of-the-art cooling and heating system to increase the quality and comfort for our seniors.

    • Upgrade therapeutic lighting and general lighting with latest technological advancements for better efficiency and therapeutic applications for seniors.

    • Replace aged, Care Center roof with a new energy-efficient roof.

    • Replace parking lot surface for the safety of our seniors, families and staff.

    • Funds raised for our all-faiths-welcome Chaplaincy program will help offset the costs of stipends for our dedicated Priests, salaries for our Chaplains, costs associated with our 3 chapels across our continuum and costs associated with all our growing faith programming
